Carers Connect in January

Carers Connect in February
In February, Carers Connect is back to its usual first Monday of the month. On the evening of 2nd February, Lyndsey Barrett from Sport for Confidence will be talking about their new healthy eating project.
We'll be finding out ways to support adults with a learning disability to eat more healthily and, if the person you care for lives in supported living, how you can involve their care providers in encouraging positive dietary changes and the development of cooking skills.
